Power Performance
48V electric bicycles: The motor power is relatively low and the power is rather weak. Such electric bicycles are more suitable for riding on flat roads, like the flat streets in cities and the roads within campuses. When encountering roads with relatively steep slopes, their climbing ability is relatively limited. For example, on the slopes of some underground parking lots, the situation of insufficient power may occur.
60V electric bicycles: Due to the higher voltage, the motor can obtain more electrical energy, so the power performance is stronger than that of 48V electric bicycles. They perform better when climbing slopes or carrying loads and can handle some not-too-steep bridge approach slopes or carry slightly heavier items more easily.
Speed
48V electric bicycles: The speed of 48V electric bicycles is suitable for riding in areas with heavy urban traffic flow or densely populated places, such as residential areas and pedestrian streets.
60V electric bicycles: Their speed is usually faster than that of 48V electric bicycles.
Endurance
48V electric bicycles: The endurance mileage is relatively short. If equipped with ordinary capacity batteries (such as 12Ah), under normal riding conditions (flat roads, moderate loads, and appropriate speeds), the endurance mileage may be around 30 - 50 kilometers.
60V electric bicycles: Because of the large battery capacity and more electrical energy provided, the endurance ability is generally stronger than that of 48V electric bicycles. Under the same normal riding conditions, if the battery capacity is about 20Ah, the endurance mileage may reach 60 - 80 kilometers or even further.
